Dang! Exercise, exercise, can’t escape it anywhere. I was going to say at least writing isn’t as taxing has the stair master, but I take that back. Sometimes I think it’s worse! Still, some addictions can’t be cured, regardless of how painful they are at times. 😉 Like reading, I don’t want to be cured. I’ll wallow in the agony for those moments of ecstasy. 😀
