That back-and-forth between Faulkner and Hemingway is one of my all-time favorites.

I had no idea all those phrases came from Shakespeare! I want to applaud him for his brilliant way with words, but my inner editor wants to shake my fist at him for creating so many cliches! 😉
Can’t blame him too much. They weren’t cliches at the time. 😉
Poor man could’ve never known the love/hate relationship some would have with his words. hehe.
