Just in case you haven’t seen my multiple posts on various sites about it: Give the Lady a Ride is now on Kindle at the terrific sale price of $0.99!
Nook owners, don’t worry–it’ll be there too, and I’ll get to make the big announcement all over again.
I have to admit, I’m hanging on to my ol’ cover and paper books for as long as I can, but I’m sorely tempted to get one of the new electronic gadgets. Whenever I go for a prolonged stay at Mom’s, I usually carry at least three books, and if I’m there too long, I buy more and bring back a dozen. After doing that often enough, you’d think I could bench press 200 pounds, but no, I’m still the weakling I’ve always been. Maybe having a Nook or Kindle would go easier on my feeble muscles.
Right now, what I like best about Nook and Kindle is getting to announce my book all over again. Occasionally, I pause from the promotion and the business end of writing, and look at this cover with my name on it, and get all giddy–I wrote that! And it’s good!!!
Yes, I’ll need to beg forgiveness for my pride, my lack of humility, but let me just enjoy it just one minute more: I wrote a book! Giggle!!!
If you haven’t yet, hit Give the Lady a Ride on the top of this blog and watch the book trailer. It’ll tell you all about the book and you’ll enjoy it. You may even skip on over to Amazon and buy the book. Or you may take advantage of the $0.99 Kindle sale!
I love to hear from my readers, so if you read it, or have already read it, let me know. I’d like to hear what you think!
Peppermint hugs and candy cane kisses!!!
Good for you, Linda. I’m still a print and paper page turner, too. Electronic gadgets tend to explode around me.
Thanks for the candy cane–sugar free, right?
Absolutely–sugar free, fat free, calorie free!
Yeehaw! I’m so glad to see your book available for e-readers. I know it’ll be a huge hit.
I hope so!
Oh, congratulations, Linda! How exciting is that!
