Of all the awards I’ve been blessed with, this has to be my favorite. I can’t think of too many people who don’t like being told they are loved.
My critique partner and AuthorCulture co-host, Katie Weiland, surprised me with this one, and I have to admit it made me cry. It’s amazing how close you can get to folks you’ve only met on-line.
Thanks, Katie, for the award and for your friendship!
The “Love Ya” Award states:
These blogs are exceedingly charming. These kind bloggers aim to find and be friends. They are not interested in self-aggrandizement. Our hope is that when the ribbons of these prizes are cut, even more friendships are propagated. Please give more attention to these writers.
I know folks who fit this description!
Lynn Mosher, author of the devotional site Heading Home.
Katharine Richardson, author of Wise Dogs in the Library.
Winter Peck, author of Rodeo with a Twist of Suspense.
Shaddy, author of Paper Cut Screams.
These folks are special to me for various reasons and it’s my pleasure to grant this sweet award to them!
By the way, I just wanted to make a plug for Katie: Her first book A Man Called Outlaw is now available on Amazon.com! I’m so excited for her!
If you like a good western drama, this is the book for you. Anyone who’s read this blog for any length of time knows how I feel about Katie’s writing: it’s amazing. She draws you into the story immediately and won’t let you go until you’ve read the last word. Don’t miss out on this novel!
One man stood up unafraid. One man fell alone. One man’s courage became a legend.
